Rashelle is responsible for the values-based compliance training program for Microsoft’s Office of Legal Compliance. She champions a dynamic and evolving program that reflects Microsoft’s commitment to integrity and enhances the trust Microsoft fosters with its employees, customers and regulatory agencies. With a focus on the learner, Rashelle creates and provides anti-corruption and other trainings and works to create compliance training alignments throughout the company to better address its highest risks. She also develops the company-wide Standards of Business Conduct training with innovative delivery methods uniquely designed for retention.
Prior to Microsoft, Rashelle implemented an organization-wide compliance program for CRISTA, a 2000+ employee international non-profit where she worked as chief compliance officer and general counsel. As senior vice president, she was also responsible for corporate and board governance while overseeing legal and compliance for the non-profit’s work in long term care, international relief and development, media broadcasting and education.
